Plutone Viaggi offers its clients the possibility of booking and purchasing tourist services, cultural and naturalistic guided tours, excursions and day tours, cultural tours, food and wine tours, cruises in Italy and abroad, among those proposed in the calendar for individuals and groups, also in foreign languages, or customised according to the clients' needs.

What tourism services are offered to companies?

Plutone Viaggi offers its assistance to companies in the organisation of events, meetings, congresses in the most beautiful and functional locations in Italy but also on board cruise ships, whether exclusive or not, and in the organisation of all accessory services, from transport, also exclusive, to equipment rental, organisation of catering, hotel accommodation, transfers, and all possible tourist/cultural services for the event participants and/or their companions.

+ By whom are tourist services provided?

Guides, tour leaders and tour operators with a regional licence, art historians, archaeologists, sommeliers, chefs, sector experts.

+ How many people participate in the group trips/tours?

Our tours and group trips are always organised in small groups to ensure a pleasant travel experience and in this historical period, also to ensure the necessary social distancing as suggested by the World Health Authorities.

+ Is it possible to book a cultural visit, trip or virtual tour for an exclusive private group?

+ How is compliance with Covid-19 preventive measures ensured?

Plutone Viaggi is very attentive to the health of its travellers and employees, which is why we ensure that all our employees and third-party service providers comply with all prevention regulations. All our employees have a mandatory green pass at work, as required by the authorities, and in the case of organised trips we ask all participants to have a mandatory green pass for access to museum sites. We also provide assistance in booking swabs in our partner centres if they are required for a trip or cultural visit. Our tours are organised only in countries where travel is allowed.

What is a TouReal virtual tour?

TouReal is a new way to explore Italy that allows you to live a unique and completely new experience with our virtual tours. TouReal takes you comfortably from home across geographical boundaries on a journey through the traditions and excellence of the Bel Paese to discover its more or less hidden treasures.

+ How does a TouReal virtual tour work?

During the event, you will be connected live with our experts, your travelling companions, and thanks to high-definition images you will be able to immerse yourself in the places you have decided to discover or admire important works of art in high definition. At the end of the event, our experts will be on hand to answer any questions you may have, either directly, by booking your visit, or via chat.

+ When does the online event start?

The event starts at the appointed time. We recommend that you log in at least 15 minutes before the start time of the event to test your device. While you are waiting, you will be given all the information you need and one of our technicians will be at your disposal if necessary.

+ Who will be there during the online event?

The event is limited to a small number of guests. You will always be able to see the expert connected live. The participants' cameras and microphones will be turned off during the explanation. On request, you can switch them back on to talk to our expert at the end of the event.

+ Can I participate in the online event with my friends and family?

You can watch the event from a single device with whoever is with you, but it is not possible to share the link with other participants remotely. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. If you would like to bring your family or friends from around the world together, please contact us at info@plutoneviaggi.it and we will be happy to organise a tailor-made event for your group.

+ Can I participate in the event online via phone or other mobile device?

Although it is possible to buy and attend the event via phone and tablet an optimal experience is only guaranteed by connecting from a PC or laptop.

+ What happens if I have technical problem during the online event?

Our technicians are at your disposal from 15 minutes before and throughout the event to help you solve your technical problems. We are not responsible for signal failure or malfunctioning of your devices. Should the technical problems be due to us, the cost of the event will be refunded.

+ What happens if I decide to leave the session before the end of the online event?

You are free to leave the session at any time, in which case the cost of the service will not be refunded.
