To ensure the safety of our passengers, guides and staff, Plutone Viaggi has developed a COVID security protocol. All guides and staff are obliged to comply with this policy and, by booking with Plutone Viaggi, all conditions are understood to be accepted.

Plutone Viaggi strongly recommends taking out a medical and cancellation insurance policy so as not to incur unforeseen costs in the event of an extended stay due to quarantine and in the event of non-refundable penalties.

The safe way to travel

We, like you, want to start travelling again, but if you are still afraid for your health or because you fear that you will not be able to fully enjoy the experience of travelling, we understand. We constantly monitor the course of the pandemic in all areas where we operate and only organise our tours in areas where safe travel is permitted. Our tours have always been and continue to be for small groups, which allows for a more enjoyable experience in total safety and social distance.

If you are ready to travel, then you are in good hands. But if you're still not up to it, we understand. In that case, you can consult and choose from one of our virtual tours, which will still allow you to enjoy a pleasant travel experience from a distance.

How we take care of the safety of our customers, employees and services:

Below are our guidelines established in accordance with the directives issued by ministerial decrees and the Ministry of Health in terms of preventing the spread of COVID 19:

  • Pre-tour declaration compilation of a disclaimer stating that you meet all the requirements for access to a country(https://www.viaggiaresicuri.it) including the green pass; absence of contact with any suspected or confirmed case of COVID 19 in the 7 days prior to travel (including the traveller); absence of symptoms, even mild ones, attributable to COVID19;

  • Amask is always recommended regardless of local regulations and whether vaccination has taken place; a mask must be worn in all enclosed places. During visits, even outdoors, it is recommended that the mask is worn at all times and that distance is maintained between persons not belonging to the same household;

  • Social distance during tours, cultural visits and excursions with or without transport should always be maintained as required by ministerial regulations for the prevention of the spread of Covid-19;

  • Vaccination highly recommended;

  • Stay at home in the presence of flu-like symptoms and in the case of a positive COVID test or contact with a positive person or a person with suspicious symptoms; under no circumstances should you take part in a trip or tour if your doctor advises you not to; please inform us at the time of booking if you have any illnesses/allergies that might prevent you from taking part in a tour/travel/cultural visit; we will do our best to meet your needs as far as possible;

  • Constant updates on the development of the health situation and the measures taken to contain the virus;

  • Maximum cancellation flexibility to give you peace of mind, because we know that everything can change suddenly;

  • Maximum collaboration with our partners who ensure that we comply with all security protocols;

  • GREEN-PASS MANDATORY for all our employees in the workplace.

How we're keeping our community of clients, experts, and service providers safe

We've instituted the following guidelines for in person tours. These guidelines take into account recommendations from leading experts including the CDC, WHO, and global travel associations.

  • Pre-tour attestation that any entry and in-country requirements will be met including any "green" passes(https://www.viaggiaresicuri.it); that there has been no known exposure to someone who has shown COVID symptoms or received a positive COVID test in the prior 7 days (including self); and that travelers are displaying zero symptoms, however mild

  • Face masks is compulsory inside and highly recommended also outside especially when the social distancing can't be grant, regardless of local regulations or vaccination status.

  • Social distancing is highly recommended during all the tours and should be followed whenever possible

  • Vaccinations are strongly recommended

  • Stay home if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms or have recently tested positive for COVID, or have been exposed to someone with symptoms or a positive test. Under no circumstances should you travel or use the Services if your doctor has advised you against it, or would advise you against it if consulted; If you make a reservation for a Service, we will assume that you have no medical conditions, disabilities, general health issues or food or allergy issues ("Medical Conditions") that would prevent or hamper you from participating in the Services. In the event that you do in fact have any Medical Conditions, we will attempt to accommodate said Medical Conditions when we can and it is reasonable to do so. However, we do not guarantee that we or the venue can or will make any such accommodations. In the event that you cannot participate in the Services because of undisclosed Medical Conditions, we may, in our sole discretion, offer a substitute Service or cancel your reservation without refund. Please contact us or the appropriate venue if you are unsure about whether you are able to participate in a Service;
